Due to the challenging circumstances of ministering in remote communities, burn out and discouragement of ministry leaders is a common occurrence and the result is a high turnover rate in a place where longevity is vital to developing healthy churches. Helping them remain spiritually nourished and healthy in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ is the most important form of encouragement and care we can provide. When they are walking closely with Christ and then minister out of that healthy relationship with humility and compassion, their outreach will be most effective to those they serve.
